Do I need a lawyer to make a will?

No. Most people don't need a lawyer for a straightforward will. FeedingBird guides you through the entire process, from naming beneficiaries to choosing an executor and designating guardians for minor children. If you'd like professional review, Attorney Support is available as an add-on.

What happens if I die without a will?

Your state decides how your assets are distributed through a process called intestate succession. Assets may not go to the people you intended, and courts may appoint a guardian for your children rather than someone you would have chosen.
