Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your personal data collected by FeedingBird, you can do so using any of the following methods:
Option 1 — Delete your account in the app
Log in to the FeedingBird app, navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the prompts. Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email to support@feedingbird.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request " from the email address associated with your FeedingBird account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
Upon receiving a valid request, FeedingBird will delete or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or security purposes. We will inform you of any data retained and the reason for retention.
