The People Behind FeedingBird

Kamal
Founder & CEO
Kamal is a serial entrepreneur and technology executive with 25+ years building enterprise software companies. As Founder and CEO of ELLKAY, he scaled the company into a healthcare IT powerhouse serving hospitals, health systems, and labs nationwide — with prior roles spanning Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, and Quest Diagnostics. Kamal is known for identifying category shifts early and building platforms that solve real-world problems at scale. At FeedingBird, he leads company vision, strategic partnerships, and product execution.
Shreya
Founder & President
Shreya is a product and technology executive with 20+ years building platforms at scale. As a Partner and executive at ELLKAY, she led product, innovation, and strategic growth — helping transform the company into a recognized healthcare technology leader. Trained as an engineer, she specializes in converting complex systems into trusted, seamless user experiences. At FeedingBird, she owns product strategy, platform development, and the end-to-end customer experience.
Ben
Co-Founder & CFO
Ben is a CPA-trained finance executive with deep experience across institutional fund auditing (PwC), global real estate financial reporting (Hines), and entrepreneurial company building. In 2016, he founded a student housing real estate company with a national university footprint. At FeedingBird, Ben leads financial strategy, governance, and long-term platform scalability.
Tasha
VP of Marketing
Tasha is a growth and marketing executive with 15+ years of experience leading brand strategy, performance marketing, and customer acquisition in regulated industries. Her background spans direct-to-consumer digital marketing, CRM architecture, and channel economics — with prior leadership in insurance ecommerce at A-MAX Auto Insurance. At FeedingBird, she owns go-to-market strategy, paid and organic acquisition, and the full marketing function across launch and scale.
