One of our founders had painfully completed multiple estate plans over the years while the other hadn't started. And they arrived at the same conclusion: the process wasn't designed for how people live today.
Kamal is a serial entrepreneur and technology executive with 25+ years building enterprise software companies. As Founder and CEO of ELLKAY, he scaled the company into a healthcare IT powerhouse serving hospitals, health systems, and labs nationwide, with prior roles spanning Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, and Quest Diagnostics. Kamal is known for identifying industry shifts early on and building platforms that solve real-world problems at scale. He's built a reputation for turning big ideas into real impact. At FeedingBird, Kamal is doing what he loves most: taking a concept and making it real as he leads company vision, strategic partnerships, and product execution, as well as building a team that leads change.

Shreya is a brand visionary, operator, and product executive with 18+ years of building platforms at scale. Previously, as founder and CEO of ELLKAY, she led product, innovation, and growth, helping transform the company into a recognized brand and a one-of-a-kind company in healthcare technology. She is known for turning complex systems into trusted solutions and building teams that bring vision to life. She believes great businesses are built on exceptional experiences. At FeedingBird, she leads brand vision, product, and growth to build a new category in how families plan for the future.

Ben is a CPA-trained finance executive with deep experience across institutional fund auditing (PwC), global real estate financial reporting (Hines), and entrepreneurial company building. In 2016, he founded a student housing real estate company with a national university footprint. At FeedingBird, Ben leads financial strategy, governance, and long-term platform scalability.
